and 24 October 2026 in Hong Kong. (2) The incentive is entitled to new lettings commencing on or before 31 December 2024.
(3) The scheme will be applied to new booking at selected properties (the Johnston, the Ventris, the Hillside) with minimum 3
months lease term, subject to availability. (4) This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. (5)
The coupons are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. (6) The scheme is subject to change
